This site is run by Isa Ozler, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I am the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: isaozler@gmail.com.

When you book a call

The “Get on a call” form asks for:

  • your name, and optionally your company;
  • an email address and/or phone number;
  • what the call is about, how long it should be, and an optional note;
  • later in the flow: when suits you, whether online or in person, and the time you pick.

I use this only to arrange and hold the call you asked for, and to get back to you by email or phone if we don’t settle a time live. The legal basis is your request (taking steps at your request before any agreement). I don’t use it for marketing and I don’t sell or share it with anyone else.

Where it is stored and who processes it

  • Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Run, EU regions) stores your request and runs this site.
  • Google Calendar and Google Meet: when a time is booked, an event is created in my calendar with you as a guest. Google sends you the invitation and creates the Meet link for online calls.
  • Push notification services (Apple, Google or Mozilla, depending on my device) carry a short notification to me with your name, company and topics, so I can pick up live.
  • Google Analytics measures anonymous page visits on this site. The booking form contents are not sent to it.

Google acts as a processor under its data processing terms. Some of its processing may take place outside the EU, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long it is kept

Booking requests are deleted automatically one year after they come in. A calendar event stays in my calendar as long as I keep it there; you can ask me to remove it at any time.

Google user data

The planner behind this site connects to my own Google account only, to check when I am busy and to create meeting events. Visitors never sign in with Google here. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is not used for anything other than scheduling, is not shared, and is not used to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing isaozler@gmail.com. I reply within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

The booking flow keeps your open request in your browser’s session storage so a reload doesn’t lose it; it is cleared when you close the tab. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.
